About
One person, one truck, one number.
Handyman and electrical work across the Fullerton-to-Downey corridor.
Full home rewires, panel upgrades, lighting, TV mounting, and the
small jobs that need to be done right.

The work, the way it’s done.
Jeremy Workman is a licensed handyman and electrical contractor working
across the Fullerton-to-Downey corridor. The week is full home rewires,
panel upgrades, lighting installs, and TV mounting, plus the small
jobs that most contractors don’t want to touch.
The same person shows up to look at the work and does the work. No
call center, no sales rep, no subcontractor. One number, one truck,
one quote.
Measure twice. Cut once. Test the breaker.
the WORKMAN rule
What the work is built on
Four things, every job.
01
Show up
On time, when I said I would. If something changes, you hear about it before, not after.
02
Flat numbers
One price after the site visit. Written down. No hourly billing, no surprise change orders.
03
Clean work
Drop cloths, vacuum on the way out, panels labeled. The work area is cleaner when I leave than when I arrived.
04
Done right
To code, inspected when required, and tested before I call it done. If it isn’t right, I fix it.
How a job moves
Call. Visit. Do.
01
Call or text
Tell me what’s going on. I ask a few questions and give a ballpark.
02
Site visit
I come look, write up the scope, and give you a flat number. Usually within a day or two.
03
Do the work
On the scheduled day. Clean workspace, labeled circuits, no surprises.
04
Walk it
We walk the job together. Anything off, I fix it before I leave.
Working together
What to expect from the first call.
Quick response
Text or call, and you’ll hear back the same day. Most quotes scheduled within 2-3 days.
Site visit before any quote
I look at the work in person before giving a number. The quote reflects what’s actually there, not a guess.
Written scope, written price
What’s included, what’s not, and what it costs. If the scope changes, we talk about it before any extra work happens.
One person on the job
I’m the one who shows up, does the work, and answers the phone. No middleman, no project manager handoff.
Honest about what isn’t right
If a job is outside the scope, or the timing doesn’t work, you’ll hear about it before any work starts.
Clean site, every day
The space is left clean and secure at the end of each day. Tools and materials are organized, not staged across living areas.

A job is only finished when the smallest detail is treated with the
same care as the largest. The hat’s a reminder.
Serving the Fullerton-to-Downey corridor.
Northern Orange County and southeastern Los Angeles County, centered
between Fullerton and Downey. Text or call with the address and the
work — I can usually confirm availability same day.
A Southern California practice
Local work for local properties.
Most of the week is spent in older homes from the 50s through the 80s —
stucco, plaster, copper, knob-and-tube that needs replacing. The work
is shaped around the way these properties are built and used.

Need something done?
Send the address, a photo if you have one, and what you need done. I usually respond same day.
